Frame appears to be of good quality materials and workmanship, packed securely for shipment. Seller was very responsive about my questions. It came with everything I needed to complete the jersey framing myself. The only thing I would suggest for improvement would be to include extra pins because once they get bent, you have to just throw it away and use a new one.
I bought 1 frame and I was so impressed and very happy with my purchase that I ordered a 2nd frame and I plan on getting a few more for other jerseys I own. The frames look immaculate, they are very well made, and I highly recommend if looking for a custom frame that will definitely make your item look classy and beautiful.

The display box is of decent quality and seems built to last. My only gripes are that I would prefer glass instead of plastic in the display door since, over time, the plastic will inevitably get fine scratches from cleaning. The other issue is the whatever is behind the felt in the display area is not as good as simple cork. My pins do not stick in it very well. Maybe its simple styrofoam, not sure. Nobody but me would know that looking at things on display.
Second one I’ve purchased. Only company that makes a coin rack that can display oversized coins.
I was a little disappointed in the quality of the wood. it looks more like plastic than wood. I'm nervous about drilling holes in it.
